Andy Langford is the Head Chef who learned his skills in the hot house of cuisine in the West End of London in a Park Lane Hotel. Andy is assisted by his number 2 Cheryl who is an expert in her own right.
Why not try Tiger Prawn & Spicy Salsa followed by Chicken Medallion's (chicken with spinach and smoked bacon) in a white wine, tarragon and cream sauce. I did and it was excelent.
